• The Letting Only service includes finding tenants, taking up references from employers and landlords, County Court and credit checks, collection of the deposit and first month's rental, the drawing up of Agreements, compilation of a full Inventory and arrangements for occupation.
  
  
• The fully comprehensive Management service we offer includes all of the above facilities as well as demanding rents on a monthly basis, preparing monthly statements, visiting the property every two to three months to monitor the condition therein, the arrangement and supervision of small repairs and carrying out a full Inventory check-out on termination of tenancies.
